Normally in Denmark a middle class person owns a boat, it is a hobby boat and they keep it out of the water in winter and it is used mostly in spring and summer.
Task Flows and User Journeys
Normally the clients search in google and call the mechanic that has more stars and recommendations in google and TrustPilot.
The site shows all the possible scenarios and the services offered by the professional, connect with whatsapp or call directly 24/7.
The site has a clear and intuitive information architecture, and content organization, to ensure users can easily find the information they seek.
Social Media Integration
Seamlessly integrate the engineer’s LinkedIn and other relevant social media accounts. This not only adds credibility but also provides users with alternative channels for interaction.
Emergency Scenarios
Consider scenarios where users may need urgent access to information, and optimize the design to accommodate such situations. This involve quick contact options, prominently displayed emergency information and a dedicated emergency link.
